To provide an enjoyable and safe CreepyCamp experience for all patrons, the following Rules of CreepyCamp are in effect and apply to all patrons (without exception).

1. NO ALCOHOL, FIREARMS AND/OR WEAPONS OF ANY TYPE ARE ALLOWED...

to be consumed or carried on the premise (or in parking lot) of CreepyCamp. Likewise, CreepyCamp reserves the right to deny entry to and/or pre-maturely eject, any individual(s) from a CreepyCamp attraction who appear to be and/or display drunken behavior that would affect the safety and/or enjoyment of their's and/or others' CreepyCamp experience. To ensure everyone's enjoyment of the attractions of CreepyCamp, Security Personnel and/or local law enforcer are present at CreepyCamp.

2. BE SCARED BUT, BE SAFE.

CreepyCamp prides itself on providing an entertaining thrill and chill fest while maintaining a higher standard of patron AND staff safety. Any individual(s) who get caught running, horsing around, fighting and/or behaving in an unsafe manner will be warned only once, then risk denied entry or pre-mature removal from the attractions of CreepyCamp.

3. CreepyCamp Management, High Esteem's Camp Goodwill and/or any of CreepyCamp's sponsors/supporters are not responsible for any loss, stolen and/or damaged possessions of patrons while on the premise of CreepyCamp. In addition, CreepyCamp make all possible reasonable efforts to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for its patrons. However, the nature of this event may produce certain neglectful behavior in a very small percent of its attending patrons. For those few, the aboved mentioned entities are NOT liable for personal injury due to neglectful behavior of patrons such as running (either within or outside the attractions), horseplay and/or any other forms of unsafe behavior on the part of the patrons that could result in injury. In short...

4. Each attraction has its own set of safety rules posted at the entrances. These rules are for each patron's enjoyment and safety while within the attraction. It is the responsibility of the patrons to read and follow these rules. Failure to do so, could result in possible pre-mature removal from the attraction.

5. CreepyCamp has been rated as having one of the scariest and best haunted attractions in CNY for several years running, by local newspapers. However for those few who either can't make in into an attraction, leave early or feel they have reason to ask for a refund after the fact...

Sorry, NO REFUNDS and NO TRANSFERRING OF UNUSED BRACELETS ALLOWED AND ALL SALES (INCLUDES TICKETS, BRACELETS AND/OR MERCHANDISE) ARE FINAL.

6.  Excluding "Hollywood Based Characters" all references, resemblances and statements to persons live and/or dead are strictly coincidently and are solely in use for the overall affect of the attractions of CreepyCamp. Neither CreepyCamp and/or any of its affiliates are liable for any preceived offenses encounter within the attractions and/or premise of CreepyCamp.

7. We want you to come back and enjoy CreepyCamp year after year. So, please drive safely both to and from CreepyCamp.

8. And finally, the following items are not allowed to be used and/or openly carried within the attractions of CreepyCamp.

Lighters, flashlights, cell phones, pen lights, lazer lights, larger purse or duffle bags, umbrellas (potential weapon), masks or anything that would impair your vision, strollers, food, beverages, weapons of any sort & children because if and when you become scared we do not want to risk the slightest chance of injury to a carried child but your sudden movement into either a wall or eachother.
